Dermagieo Skin Care Cream

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. There is no introductory rate. They will still charge you for the product ( $89.91 and $91.79) after 18 days. I don't remember reading that information, even in the small print. I have connected my card card company to prevent any future charges. My credit card company knew exactly which company I was calling about. They said they have had many complaints about them. I thought this company had a Christian CEO, but I guess I was mistaken on what being a Christian means. I contacted customer service three times and each time they were very rude and told me I didn't understand. I understand now. It was and remains a scam.

Dermageio Trial scam

Apparently somewhere on their website there is "Terms and Conditions" which tells us that these are trial bottles that we will be charges full price for after 18 days. Also, when ordering they skin serum, I said "NO THANK YOU" to the added eye serum, but we still charged for and sent both products. In less than a month I was charged full price for each ($91 and $89). The charges are done under different names that where I ordered, and different names to eachother. No email notice was sent that these charges would occur. I think they just hope you don't check your credit card statement closely.

Don't order free trial. It is a scam!!! You will be billed full price down the road

Guest

I did order the free trial of both products but never received them. What I did receive is a charge on my credit card for $89 and $91 from two different companies. I reported the charges to my credit card company as fraud!

I called the company regarding the free trial and kept getting the run-around but loosing $&94 is not as bad as losing $180!

Guest

I agree with all the comments. Total scam. Do not bother with it.

scam

Don't buy anything from this company. After the "free" trial I never got any more but they made 5 charges to my Visa card.

$2.99,$4.99, $89.91, $94.49 and there was a pending charge for $98 something.

I had my card cancelled and they reversed the charges. My bank's fraud department is checking into them.

My husband fell for the low cost trial. It's a total scam.

There is no invoice or order packing slip with the jars.

There is no product information with the shipment. The containers do not have an ingredient list. The containers do not tell the country of origin.

Who'd use an unidentifiable cream from who knows where on their face? Probably from China. Dermagieo charges your credit card for $89 and $91.

You can call DERMAGIEO at 888-960-****. Not that it will do any good to call.

You'll have to pay to return it to PO BOX 23967 Zip 33742. Call your credit card company and dispute the charges

Guest

Same thing happened to my husband. I made a complaint and the $89.91 was deleted from our credit card. Seniors beware.

Guest

Thank you all for the heads up. I researched further on their site and it actually does explain the charges at the very bottom of their page under "Terms and Conditions" which you have to click on to open.

It says Trial Offer Terms/Auto-Ship Program

By placing your trial order today you'll be shipped a 30 day supply of Dermagieo Face Serum for $4.95 S&H. All products ship within 1 business day and deliver within 2-4 days from shipment. Try it for 14 days ( 10 day trial plus 4 days added for transit time) to experience the benefits and if for any reason our product is not for you, you may call our Customer Care toll-free at 888-960-**** within your 14 day trial period to cancel. If you are satisfied, do nothing and you agree to be charged $ 89.91.

Plus you agree to be enrolled in our Dermagieo Face Serum Preferred Membership Program and approximately 30 days from your initial order date and every 30 days thereafter, you will receive a fresh supply of Dermagieo Face Serum for $ 89.91 (plus $ 4.95 shipping and handling). You may cancel your enrollment by calling 888-960-**** Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 9:00pm. Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Sunday: Closed. Limit 1 trial bottle per household

Regardless of whether you cancel your Trial in a timely fashion or not, You will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges associated with your Product $ 4.95.

You agree that we can charge your credit card for this amount, and you agree to pay such amount regardless of whether you cancel your Trial in a timely fashion or not. No refunds will be issued for shipping and handling charges.

Guest

I have been scammed by the company twice under different names. They never give you a phone number or return address. Why can't we shut them down?

Guest

so how did you cancel?

THIS IS A SCAM BEYOND BELIEF!!

I ordered a free trial of Derma Gieo face serum with the agreement to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. When I received my credit card statement I discovered I was charged 89.91. I placed a call to the phone number associated with the transaction number on the credit card statement an spoke to Sara #199. She informed me I missed the deadline for the trial period. She also informed me I had some sort of subscription. ALL OF THIS WAS NEWS TO ME!! I was furious and noted I would contact my bank for a credit. Sara informed me they would credit me for a week then charge me again because SOMEWHERE in the order it states a time frame for the cancellation of the trial which was missed, an that I had signed up for a subscription of sorts. I am not a stupid person, I cannot recall reading anything on the order site to indicate there was either a timeline or a subscription. The company that was depicted on my credit card statement was, Basic Beauty Steps 866-610-**** Arizona. Called my bank they said to be sure and get a cancelation number from the company. The Bank also stated that they have been getting hundreds of these calls. What can we do to stop this type of deception (maybe never order a product on line except on sites such as Amazon and EBay - well known sites).

Guest

That happened to me too! but if you ask for a refund, you can return the unused portion.

call the number on your credit card.

they will give you a ridiculously long RMA number, but if you send it back in time, they should give you refund of the 90 dollar charge. I haven't done it yet, so hoping they come thru and actually give the refund.

Dr.OZ I saw your ad read it and thought I'd be a nice husband and get this for my wife and that was such a dumb thing to do. First it started that I wound up paying the shipping for both products even though I did't want both then I received only one item. Showed it to my wife and she already buys something she uses and said to return it so I thought what the heck it was only the shipping that will cost me so I kept it In my desk draw. Then a month later I receive another package of this crap I call right away to return and cancel it. Come to find out I was charged the full amount for the two trial items which I only received one of the items. for a week now I've been trying to get a refund for the product I didn't get and they keep telling me that i received it, Come to find out they sent it tho the wrong address (state) but they still will not give me the refund. Please be aware of this scam in Dr.Oz ad there's nothing saying that it has to be returned in so many day's or you will be billed for the full amount. Dr.Oz really is this the only way you can get rid of that crap I and many others are disappointed in you to have to stoop so low in order to sell your products and I can only guess that the consumer's that will try it will see no changes in their appearance. It's so sad, you really need money that bad to resort to this, i'm even going to stop any kind viewing of you on television. By the way in the state I live in its illegal the way you advertise its called a bait and switch. I'm still going to call and try to get my refund and if I have to I'll call the consumer protection Agency. Another Pissed Off Customer

THEY SCAMMED ME WITH THE TRIAL

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I too ordered the TRIAL in April 2017 and NO WHERE in the literature did it say I would be signing up for a SUBSCRIPTION that I would need to cancel! I received the TRIAL product about 4 days later. I have used about a quarter of the jar as of today (June 6, 2017) as I use other creams as well and I have to ease my skin into things. Yesterday, I received ANOTHER shipment and the box was EMPTY bc they shipped the package with only the shipping label as "tape"! Who ships a box and only uses the shipping label to secure the package shut?? Anyway, I pulled up my cc info and there were TWO charges, one from EYE WRINKLE MAGIC 855-802-**** NY for $94.78 and one from BEST FACE TODAY 866-679-**** WV for $95.86. I was floored! I phoned the numbers you see above....and got the SAME OPERATOR...he was RUDE and NASTY and told me it was MY PROBLEM and that I had ordered it because I signed up for the subscription. I told him he could *** it and I phoned the cc company! They credited back the charges and will monitor my account to make sure they do NOT charge me again! I do not normally have complaints or disputes and the audacity of the little idiot to tell me I ordered their crap when I didn't was appalling!! NO WHERE DID IT SAY I WAS ENROLLING IN A SUBSCRIPTION!! I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THE TRIAL IF I HAD!! After talking to the cc rep, I phoned the number on the packing slip, 888-960-****, and GOT THE SAME GUY for a 3rd time! What are the odds in that?? I was a die hard Lancome girl and then I tried Beverly Hills MD (very good product and they don't scam you!) and I will have to say that the creams they sent were actually nice, they made my skin feel soft and they did NOT break me out like most face/eye creams! It's sad that they feel they need to scam people into subscriptions in order to sell their product!

Scam ripoff advertise free trial offer just pay $4.95 shipping fee. I actually got an email advertisement that this is Mark Zuckerberg wife’s products.

Since they already have mega millions they were giving this product free just pay the shipping. Received the product quickly then just saw my credit card was not only charged the $4.95 which I agreed too but $89.

Called them and they were so nasty. Will be reporting this scam .

A TOTAL SCAM

When I ordered the "Free" trial I only ordered the cream but I received the cream and the eye product and was charged for both - there was no paperwork in the order and nothing that said it was a 14 day trial - I had a reaction to the product and had no one to report it too. Today my bank account was charged $91.79 and $89.91 - I called the number for the company called Lasting Blooms that was on my bank account - the rep was rude and said they would give me a 50% discount!!!! When you go on line for DermaGieo there is no direct number or e mail address to report to. A TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Dermagieo Scam

I requested a sample size of this to try. Instead of being charged approximately $6.00 for the sample, our bank account was hit with a $181.70 charge. I called the company to inquire about the charges and found that they sent full sized products to me. I also found out that they signed me up to automatically receive the products again each month for the same dollar amount. I did NOT knowingly request this. I asked them to take responsibility for their mistake by cancelling the next month's shipment and refunding 100% of the charges. They said they would take the product back and issue a refund if the products were unopened. Well....of course I opened them...I thought they were samples. They are still not taking responsibility. So much for their 100% customer satisfaction claims. I believe this company is dishonest and deceitful. Do not do business with this company. I was sucked in and now I have to pay a price. BTW...the product isn't any better than what I was already using at a fraction of the price.

Terrible Company Policies!!

Just received the 2nd shipment of the 2 creams, phoned customer service immediately to cancel the auto ship and to get an RA# (Return Authorization # for this box of product) only to be told "As to your refund there is nothing I can do for you." Seriously !?? I never "subscribed" to auto shipment to begin with; guess theres always a catch when getting product by only paying a shipping fee. Expect to pay WAYYY too much money for this product & company will NOT accept returns so you're stuck paying the astronomical price for a product you may not continue to use!! Originally ordered because it was a "FREE" product to try.......RIP OFF ~ Deceitful tactics
